Payment
Payment methods accepted include Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Mastercard and Paypal. We can also accept Cheque or Postal Order payments from UK customers only. If paying by Cheque or Postal Order please advise in writing your order details, full name, address including full post code, contact telephone number and email address if available. All invoices/receipts will be issued to the cardholder at the cardholders address and will be issued in UK pounds only. Payment may be processed online via the secure Protx Payment Gateway or over the telephone by calling 0800 520 0732.
International Orders
Customers outside of the European Community (EC), are responsible for any applicable import duty and/or tax in the country of delivery. For further information please check with your local Customs office or website.
Order Acceptance

Delivery

Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail or Courier and Orders delivered to outside the EC may be delayed slightly by the destination country's Customs organisation. In the event of delayed delivery, please check with your local Post Office and/or Customs Office before contacting us.
Returns

However, in the unlikely event that you are dis-satisfied with your new product you may return it to ourselves for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. When returning an item by post, you must obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office which may be requested by us at any time. Please note that these certificates are provided free of charge. On receipt of your returned item, we will then process a refund to your payment method (excluding p&p) providing the above conditions are satisfied.
Faulty Goods
